Oscar winning actor Robin Williams has died in his home in California at the age of 63. “Robin Williams passed away this morning. He has been battling severe depression of late. This is a tragic and sudden loss. The family respectfully asks for their privacy as they grieve during this very difficult time,” the comedian’s publicist said in a statement. The Marin County Coroner’s office suspects the death to be “suicide due to asphyxia,” but the cause of death is still under investigation.
