On Monday, December 26, 2011 an attempted kidnapping took place in the area of Two Bunch Palms Trail and Ocotillo. Two Black males were involved in the incident. One was arrested immediately after the incident and one subject is still outstanding. Detective Sandoval of the Desert Hot Springs Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying the second subject.
