Desert Hot Springs, California – City Manager Rick Daniels and council member Adam Sanchez of the City of Desert Hot Springs recently invited some community and local leaders to a tour of their extraordinary 26,000 square foot Community Health and Wellness Center, which will be home to the most comprehensive preventive health care programs in the Coachella Valley and a new Boys & Girls Club.
The Desert Hot Springs Community Health and Wellness Center will consist of five main components; A Health and Wellness Center, a Boys & Girls Clubhouse, an Athletic Center with a gymnasium, an Aquatic Center and a dedicated Learning Center. The general public will have access to all of the components.
The 8,000 square foot Athletic Center will feature a gymnasium with an all-purpose flooring suitable for basketball, volleyball and other sports and activities.
